Parbaked Frozen Pretzel Cheese & Onion Flakes
Parbaked Cheesy Pretzel; Ingredients: Flour, Water, Baking Malt, Butter, Milk, Salt, Yeast, Dried Onion Flakes, Parmesan, Cheddar; Remove from freezer and rest at ambient temperature for 10 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 200degrees C fan forced. Bake for approx. 6 minutes, or until soft all the way through and cheese crispy. Serve immediately or lay in display (serve within 24h max). If displayed, serve heated/toasted. Do not re-freeze.
