All Local Food is a B2B food distribution company operating in New South Wales and Queensland, Australia. We provide a platform for businesses to browse and purchase food products from local suppliers. Our services are intended for use by registered businesses only.

4. Product Availability and Pricing
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy in our listings, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing or availability error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders accordingly.
5. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in accordance with the payment methods specified on our website. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unless we agree other terms with you in writing, invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your order.
6. Delivery and Risk of Loss
We offer delivery services within New South Wales and Queensland. The minimum order is $120 excluding GST. Delivery is $9 plus GST, and free for orders from $240 excluding GST. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the specified address.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted. If you receive a product that is damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss potential resolutions, as your satisfaction and profitability are important to us.
8. Limitation of Liability
All Local Food shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of All Local Food or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

All Local Food is a family owned food distributor in Mullumbimby, NSW. This section explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
- When you apply for an account: your business name, ABN (if you give it), street address, your name, phone and email.
- When you order: your delivery details, what you ordered, and your order history.
- When you contact us: your name, phone, email, company and message, by our contact form, email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
- When you subscribe to news or open an account: your email address, so we can send you news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- When you pay by card: payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card number.
- When you visit our website: basic usage information such as pages viewed and device type, through cookies and analytics tools.
Why we collect it
To check and set up your account, take and deliver your orders, invoice you, answer your questions, send you ordering reminders, news and updates, and run and improve our business.
Who we share it with
Only the people who help us run the business: our website and business software (Odoo), our ordering system (Ordertron), our accounting software (Xero), our payment provider, our delivery driver (delivery details only), and website analytics tools. Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We do not sell your information.

Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can turn cookies off in your browser, but some parts of the site may not work.
