Parbaked Frozen Pretzel (with salt)

Parbaked Salty Pretzel; Ingredients: Flour, Water, Baking Malt, Butter, Milk, Salt, Yeast; Remove from freezer and rest at ambient temperature for 10 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 200degrees C fan forced. Spray Pretzels with fine mist of water or water/vegetable oil mix. Sprinkle salt on Pretzels or dip Pretzels into salt stored in a container to stick the salt onto the Pretzels. Bake for approx. 6 minutes, or until soft all the way through. Serve immediately or lay in display (serve within 24h max). If displayed, serve heated/toasted. Do not re-freeze.
