Parbaked Frozen Pretzel Bun w/ salt
Parbaked Frozen Pretzel Bun; Ingredients: Flour, Water, Baking Malt, Butter, Milk, Salt, Yeast, Pretzel salt (packed); Remove from freezer and rest at ambient temperature for 15-20 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 200degrees C fan forced. Spray Pretzel-Buns with fine mist of water or water/vegetable oil mix. Sprinkle salt on Buns or dip Buns into salt stored in a container to stick the salt onto the Buns. Bake for approx. 8 minutes, or until soft all the way through. Serve immediately or lay in display (serve within 24h max) or upsell into sandwich. If displayed, serve heated/toasted. Do not re-freeze.
